Managing residential property can be a very demanding and time consuming affair and you may well find that you are unable to give it the neccessary time and attention if you are the owner of a single property or a small portfolio. We will deal with day to day 'crises' such as calling the Plumber, Electrician or the man for the Washing Machine when needed, or dealing with the building's Managing Agent when the roof starts to leak or the flat above springs a major leak. We will oversee all the repair work for damage caused. We pride ourselves on keeping the tenant happy so that he will:
a) Keep the property in good order
b) Be pleased to renew his lease
Our aim being to maximise the owner's income and minimise his opportunity costs on the property in any void period between tenancies.

Advice on insurance need
Full furnishing of the property
Showing your property to potential tenants
Executing lease negotiation and agreement
Legal documentation for the tenancy
Rent collection and regular reviews (ensuring that taxes, insurance premiums, payroll and maintenance bills are paid on time)
“Move in” and “Move out” inspection with report on the condition of the property and detailed inventory
Periodically report to the owners on the status of the property, dates of lease expirations, and other matters
